Risk Assessment/Workplace and School Violence
Tricon’s associate staff can provide risk management assessments to schools, universities, corporations, and industries, to offer a proactive approach to school and workplace violence. A Tricon associate can assess the various work and institution hazards and introduce specific security recommendations to reduce the likelihood of a violent event. Corporate and school policies (i.e. termination policy) can be formulized for incorporation into an organization’s standard operating procedures. Tricon can also provide the most recent information in the form of training seminars to assist and educate managers and employees at all levels and possibly identifying individuals prone to workplace and school violence before a catastrophic event takes place.
