Physical Security Surveys

A critical part of any proposed security enhancement for an organization is the conduct of comprehensive physical security surveys. Detailed documented surveys can be conducted on all types of domestic and foreign facilities to include; workplaces, diplomatic missions, official residences, office buildings, event sites, and industrial complexes.

The goal of a security survey is to determine the adequacy of security measures to include; physical safeguards, electronic security systems, access control, intrusion detection, visitor/package screening stations, closed circuit camera systems, and the security control center. For high threat locations, Tricon can conduct our proprietary COMSAT survey. COMSAT (Composite Security Analysis Team) utilizes a proven multi disciplinary team approach to analyzing critical security requirements. COMSAT survey units are comprised of staff specialists representing selected disciplines working together to form an integrated knowledge base to determine facility and personal vulnerabilities, and develop optimum protection packages.

Upon completion of the survey, written recommendations and justifications are compiled and presented to the principal based upon current and anticipated threat levels, risk, liability concerns, security vulnerabilities, equipment upgrades & enhancements, and appropriate applications of current security technology.
